LoopNet Integration Should Drive Growth for CoStar; Raising Our FVE
CoStar CEO Andy Florance is very focused on the company’s LoopNet integration, which has been in the works for several quarters. He emphasized how much time users actually spend with CoStar’s data and tools as well as the retention rates for its users, which truly supports our wide moat rating for the firm.
