Dassault Aviation Receives Clearance on Choice of Offset Partner in India; Maintaining FVE
Narrow-moat Dassault Aviation received clearance from the Indian Supreme Court with respect to its 2016 deal worth $8 billion to supply 36 Rafale jets to the Indian Air Force. The court ruling found that there were no irregularities with respect to pricing and selection of its offset partner, a controversy covered in the press during the past few months.
