Dassault Posts Strong New License Growth, With Broad-Based Growth a Positive; Shares Overvalued
Dassault outperformed our financial projections in the fourth quarter with organic new license sales surging 16% (excluding foreign exchange). CATIA, the firm’s flagship modeling software product, was a notable standout, with management noting a record sales quarter. CATIA new license revenue grew 29% year over year (excluding forex) and surpassed the EUR 1 billion sales milestone.
