With Greater Focus on Interconnection, Digital Offers Tenants a Full Suite of Data Center Options

Narrow-moat Digital Realty's stock sold off after its initial 2019 outlook was slightly below consensus estimates. We are making minimal changes to our model, as our revenue and EBITDA estimates were below consensus, and we are maintaining our $112 fair value estimate. While the stock looks more attractive to us now than it did before the sell-off, and we like its business, it is still trading in 3-star territory, and we think other data center providers are more attractive at current valuations...
