The recent sharp decline in Domino’s share price to just under AUD 60 means we now consider the narrow-moat-rated firm fairly valued. That said, the current stock price implies high future growth, with Domino’s trading on a fiscal 2017 price/earnings multiple around 43. While 43 is lofty, we think this reasonable, particularly as medium-term growth looks robust given Domino’s is in the early phases of rolling out its franchise in France and Germany.
