Domino's Leverages Scale to Boost Margins and Upgrade Again. Fair Value Up 5% to AUD 58.
Due to stronger-than-expected same-store sales and improving margins Domino's Pizza Enterprises has upgraded guidance for fiscal 2017 with EBITDA growth to exceed 30% (from over 25% previously). Domino's also reiterated guidance for underlying net profit after tax, or NPAT, growth to exceed 30%. Margin improvement was occurring in Europe and Australia/New Zealand, a result of increased scale and efficiencies, as evidenced by the recently opened central French production facility which is on trac...Domino's Pizza is engaged in the operation of retail food outlets and the operation of franchise services.
