Narrow moat-rated Domino’s Pizza Enterprises and its 33% joint venture partner in Germany, are further consolidating the German Pizza delivery market. The JV entered into a binding agreement to acquire Hallo Pizza, the second-largest pizza chain in Germany, in early 2018.
