We donâ€™t expect the current Australian residential real estate price weakness to impact narrow-moat-rated Domainâ€™s long-term earnings outlook and we maintain our fair value estimate at AUD 3.02 per share. However, at the current market price of AUD 3.22, we continue to believe the shares are slightly overvalued with the market price implying a fiscal 2019 price/earnings, or P/E, ratio of 29 versus 28 at our fair value.
