Dr Pepper and Keurig's tie-up stands to bolster brand mix and enhance scale.

After evaluating the effects of the planned merger with Keurig, we’ve raised our fair value estimate for Dr Pepper to $122 per share, up from our $92 standalone fair value estimate for Dr Pepper Snapple, which incorporates the $103.75 per share special dividend that will be distributed to Dr Pepper shareholders.
