DaVita's kidney operations remain stable despite medical group and government probe distractions.

We don’t anticipate any major shift in our fair value estimate for DaVita, despite some lower-than-expected weakness in the company’s medical group segment, which included a $176 million goodwill impairment charge during the quarter.
