DXC Technology Starts Trading as Combined Entity
DXC, which was created via the merger of Computer Sciences Corporation, or CSC, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s, or HPE’s, Enterprise Services business, started trading in April 2017 and ushers in a new era for the combined IT services company. With the company to start trading as a combined entity, we are raising our fair value estimate to $81 from $47, which incorporates the company’s added scale, modest top-line growth, and substantial non-GAAP EBIT margin expansion over the medium term. The company operates through two segments: Global Business Services, which provides technology solutions that help the company's clients address main business challenges and improve digital transformations tailored to each client's industry and objectives; and Global Infrastructure Services, which provides a portfolio of offerings that deliver predictable outcomes and measurable results, while reducing business risk and operational costs for clients.
