We don’t anticipate making any material changes to our $62 fair value estimate for wide-moat Emerson as the company closes the books on a transformational fiscal 2016. We plan to update our discounted cash flow model to reflect Emerson’s new reporting structure of two segments: automation solutions and commercial & residential solutions, following the release of restated financials that incorporate the impact of pending divestitures along with Emerson’s annual report.
