Rockwell Automation's board of directors announced Nov. 22 that it unanimously rejected Emerson Electric’s third bid of $225 per share, which pegged Rockwell’s enterprise value at a lofty $28 billion, or almost 19 times consensus estimates for Rockwell’s 2018 EBITDA.
