We expect to increase our fair value estimate by approximately 5% as we incorporate wide-moat Rockwell Automation’s fiscal 2017 financial results into our model; however, we continue to believe that the shares are trading in the market as if cyclicality in industrial automation has been forgotten. Revenue in Rockwell’s fiscal fourth quarter increased 8.4% year over year to $1.67 billion, reflecting 5.6% organic revenue growth with the remainder from acquisitions and favorable foreign exchange.
