Best Idea Enbridge: Line 3 Delayed, but Our Long-Term Thesis Remains Intact
Best Idea Enbridge has announced that the Line 3 replacement project will be delayed until the second half of 2020, a year later than management’s previous timeline. The delay comes as a little surprise to us--we previously expected the project to be placed into service during the first half of 2020.
