Best Idea Update: Minnesota Approves Enbridge’s Line 3 Replacement Project Along the Preferred Route
On June 28, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission unanimously approved Enbridge’s Line 3 replacement project by awarding the company a certificate of need after the market close.
