Enbridge Stock Falls but Remains Deeply Undervalued After Minn. Judge Recommends New Line 3 Route
Minnesota Administrative Law Judge Ann O’Reilly issued a nonbinding recommendation for the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission to approve Enbridge’s Line 3 Replacement Project, but with a big caveat. She recommended that Enbridge follow its existing Line 3 route, not the route proposed by Enbridge.
