Line 3 Is Moving Forward; 20% Upside in Enbridge
Enbridge Inc. is moving forward with the Mainline Line 3 Replacement project. Construction is expected to begin this month, and we expect the pipeline to be placed in service by the end of 2019. The project still requires regulatory permitting from the state of Minnesota, which we expect that the company will receive by the end of the year. Line 3 will add 370 mbbl/d of new pipeline capacity that will provide access to the U.S. Midwest, eastern Canada, and the U.S. Gulf Coast markets.
