Lowering Enbridge's FVE on Lack of Long-Term Growth
We are lowering our fair value estimate for Enbridge to $43 (CAD 55) per share from our previous estimate of $44 (CAD 57) and maintaining our wide economic moat rating. The company’s CAD 27 billion growth portfolios is expected to be fully implemented by the end of 2019. Incremental growth projects remain uncertain, calling into question Enbridge’s ability to significantly increase its cash flows.
