Engie announced it has received a ''firm and binding'' offer from Neptune Energy for its 70% interest in its E&P business. The deal is expected to be completed by early 2018. The price implies an enterprise value of EUR 4.7 billion. Net debt reduction stemming from the deal is below our expectations.
