We see Gentex's growth runway as long but not free of headwinds.

Gentex reported a good second quarter but did miss EPS consensus, coming in at $0.32 versus $0.31. Management cited an adverse mix shift as weaker-than-expected North American vehicle production deprived the company of some advanced feature content mirrors. European industry vehicle production came in better than expected, but most growth was in the B-segment vehicles where Gentex has more base mirrors than advanced feature mirrors.
