Good Close to 2017 for Aegon
Aegon reported another good quarter-end at its full-year 2017 results. Though a significant amount of the uplift relates to income tax benefit from the U.S. tax reform, there were also signs that the business is continuing to strengthen its capital position, as it reported a small improvement in its Solvency II ratio.
