Goodman Raises Growth Outlook and Keeps Powder Dry by Further Deleveraging
Surging industrial property values have translated into higher development margins and performance fees, driving the upgrade to Goodman Group's fiscal 2017 guidance earnings growth to 7.5% from 6.0%. Our prior growth forecast was ahead of guidance at 6.8%, so we now align with revised guidance by making a minor upward revision to our performance fee expectations.
