Growthpoint Guides for Fiscal 2018 Distributions to Increase by 2.3%
Growthpoint has reiterated fiscal 2017 guidance for distributions of AUD 21.5 cents per security, or cps, and also provided guidance for fiscal 2018 for funds from operations, or FFO, to be at least AUD 23.6 cps, and for distributions of AUD 22.0 cps, a rise of 2.3%.
