Slightly Trimming HeidelbergCement’s Fair Value Estimate After 2017 Results Release
Heidelberg reported full-year results for 2017, following its preliminary disclosure a month ago. For the full year, cement and aggregates saw volume increases of about 1% on a like-for-like basis, leading to like-for-like increases in revenue and operating EBITDA of 2% and 5.5%, respectively. As has been the theme for the past few years, North America remains the main driver of profit growth. Furthermore, Co. provides services such as worldwide trading in cement and coal by sea. Co.'s products are used for the construction of houses, infrastructure, and commercial and industrial facilities.
