Honeywell Reports Steady 4Q Results and Closes the Books on an Active Year of M&A
We’re maintaining our $112 fair value estimate for wide-moat Honeywell after fourth-quarter earnings. Consolidated revenue remained flat year over year at $10 billion in the quarter; however, this masked an organic revenue decline of approximately 1%. Weakness emanated from the aerospace segment, which reported 5% year-over-year organic revenue decline on a softer business jet environment and defense program completions.
