Narrow-moat rated Hotel Property Investments’ adjusted funds from operations, or distributable funds, was AUD 28.6 million in fiscal 2017, in line with our estimate. Distributions of AUD 19.6 cents were already previously announced. Management provided distribution guidance of AUD 19.60 cents per security for fiscal 2018, flat year on year.
