First-Quarter Results Leave IHS Markit Poised to Meet Our 2018 Targets; Long-Term Outlook Intact

With its first-quarter results placing wide-moat IHS Markit on track to meet our fiscal 2018 targets, we don't plan to make a large change to our $46 per share fair value estimate, as our estimates (calling for mid-single-digit top-line growth and adjusted EBITDA margin expansion into the mid-40s by 2021 from 39% in fiscal 2017) remain intact.
