We Are Raising Our FVEs for Intel and Nvidia After Incorporating Fresh Self-Driving Assumptions
We are raising our fair value estimates for wide-moat Intel and narrow-moat Nvidia to $56 and $120 per share (from $41 and $100), respectively, as we factor in an updated outlook for each firm’s prospects in autonomous driving. Beyond our explicit five-year horizon, we foresee the automotive segment spearheading revenue growth for Intel. The chipmaker’s most recent large acquisition, Mobileye, benefits from incumbency in countless advanced driver-assistance systems, or ADAS, and a robust pipelin...Intel is a data-centric company.
