InterContinental's brand advantage is intact as it launches its midscale brand Project Horizon.
We plan to increase our $48.50 fair value estimate by around $1 for narrow-moat InterContinental to account for the time value of money. We expect its total revenue per available room and unit growth to track toward our 2017 estimates of 1% and 3.9%, respectively, which we are leaving largely intact. That said, we expect to slightly increase our Europe (10% of EBITDA) unit and revPAR forecast for this year, as the region is performing better across the hotel industry due to economic improvement....InterContinental Hotels Group is a hotel companies.
