Narrow-moat IOOF Holdings has continued its acquisition-led growth strategy with the AUD 975 million purchase of selected parts of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group’s OnePath wealth business. We like the deal and see multiple benefits for IOOF’s business. We are likely to increase our fair value estimate when the acquisition is incorporated into our valuation model, but at this stage, our AUD 9.70 fair value estimate is unchanged.
