Interpublic posted mixed second-quarter results, with revenue slightly below expectations and margins in line. Organic growth of 3.7% was below expectations despite being within management’s guidance range of 3% to 4%. We are maintaining our narrow economic moat and our fair value estimate of $23. With the shares trading in 3-star territory, we would seek a wider margin of safety before investing.
