Narrow moat-rated Iress reported a surprisingly weak interim result that was below our expectations. Before the result was announced, we expected full-year fiscal 2017 revenue and underlying NPAT growth of 13% and 15%, respectively. However, despite interim revenue growth of 9% versus the previous corresponding period, or pcp, NPAT fell 10%.
