Sands Sees Near-Term Weaker Premium Mass Win, But Remains Well Positioned for Long-Term Growth

Although investors sent Las Vegas Sands’ shares down 3% in after-hours trading on its Macau (61% of total EBITDA) premium mass win declining 4%, we see little reason to meaningfully change our $76 valuation for the company, as this fall was due to unfavorable hold (casino played unlucky) and renovation disruption at the Sands Cotai property (which we have already incorporated into our model). We see the shares as undervalued.
