"Parts is parts," except LKQ delivers next day at up to 50% lower prices than new replacement parts.

Narrow-moat-rated LKQ, which provides alternative and specialty parts to repair and accessorize vehicles, reported full-year diluted earnings per share before special items of $1.88, just a penny shy of the consensus EPS but $0.19 better than a year ago. On an as-reported basis, revenue was up 13% to $9.74 billion versus $8.58 billion last year. Organic revenue growth was only 5%, while acquisitions added nearly 9 percentage points and currency translation was slightly negative.
