We recommend that Link Administration shareholders subscribe for new shares under the 4 for 11 pro rata accelerated renounceable entitlement offer associated with the AUD 1.5 billion acquisition of Capita Asset Services, or CAS. We have incorporated the proposed acquisition into our financial model but maintain our fair value estimate at AUD 7.50 per share, effectively implying Link paid a fair price for CAS.
