LafargeHolcim reported middling fourth-quarter results, with like-for-like net sales growth of 6.2% and a recurring EBITDA decline of 1.7%. For full-year 2017, recurring EBITDA grew 6.1% on a like-for-like basis. Fourth-quarter results showed a marked slowdown from the first nine months of the year.
