Macquarie Group confirmed fiscal 2017 guidance for group profit to be broadly in line with fiscal 2016. Our fiscal 2017 group net profit forecast of AUD 2.14 billion is modestly higher than the AUD 2.06 billion reported for fiscal 2016. The fiscal 2017 tax rate is expected to be broadly in line with the 31% reported for fiscal 2016.
