Morgan Stanley Can Fire on All Cylinders, but Multiple Risks Are Lurking
We are increasing our fair value estimate for narrow-moat Morgan Stanley to $50 from $43.50 per share. We view Morgan Stanley’s medium-term trajectory for earnings, margins, and capital returns as positive but caution that we’re likely within a couple of years of the peak of this capital market cycle.
