Nokia Settles Patent Dispute With Apple; We Are Raising Our FVE to $6; Shares Are Fairly Valued.
On Tuesday, May 23Â Nokia announced a settlement of all litigations related to the intellectual property dispute with Apple. The agreement includes a one-time upfront cash payment from Apple, which will be recognized in second-quarter 2017 as well as recurring payments during the term of the multiyear agreement. Nokia is expected to apply these payments partially to the Nokia Technologies business and partially to the other business groups.
