Norfolk Southern continues solid execution as it benefits from pricing power and growing demand.

U.S. Class I railroads together hauled more intermodal containers in October than during any previous month in history. Monthly containers and trailers improved 6.4% year over year and 3.7% year to date. Broad North American rails increased intermodal units 8.5% year over year during the past four weeks and 5.1% year to date.
