Mixed 2Q Results for Novozymes; Maintaining FVE
After reviewing Novozymes’ second-quarter results, we are maintaining our wide moat rating and DKK 255 fair value estimate. The company posted mixed results in the quarter, but is broadly tracking our full-year estimates. Organic sales growth was 2% and EBIT growth was flat over 2016, weighed down primarily by the BioAg business.
