We increase our fair value estimate by 5% to AUD 5.50 per share from AUD 5.25 due to a combination of higher near-term energy price expectations and time-value-of-money. These positives more than offset the short-term production loss following the PNG earthquake in late February. First-quarter 2018 production declined 36% to 4.8 million barrels of oil equivalent, or mmboe, due to shut-in of oil and LNG production for post-earthquake damage assessment.
