APN and oOhmedia Suffering FOMO on Adshel?
We are bemused by oOhmedia and APN Outdoor's sudden interest in HTE's Adshel street furniture asset.The indicative AUD 500 million price equates to 2017 trailing EBITDA multiple of 9.7. However, this rises to 13.2 if the AUD 15 million annualised EBITDA from the recently-lost Yarra Trams concession is factored in.
This is hardly cheap when compared with Adshel’s recent margin performance (EBITDA margin of 25.1% in 2014 dropping to 23.3% in 2017). The indicative price is also ritzy when compared...
