Ormat's management continues to drive margin improvement and find new growth opportunities.

We are maintaining our $48 fair value estimate for Ormat after reporting second-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $88.1 million compared with $81.2 million in the year-ago period.  Management reaffirmed 2018 revenue guidance of $680 million-$700 million and adjusted EBITDA of $340 million-$350 million, in line with our full-year expectations.
