There was little in wide-moat-rated T. Rowe Price's fourth-quarter results that would alter our long-term view of the firm, and we are maintaining our $77 per share fair value estimate. Total assets under management of $810.8 billion were down 0.3% sequentially but up 6.3% year over year. Organic growth remained negative in the fourth quarter, with the company's $3.8 billion in outflows for its long-term mutual fund portfolios augmented by $1.2 billion in outflows for its "other investment portf...T.
