Rogers Retirement Allows Other Senior Leaders to Rise at T. Rowe Price; No Change to Moat or FVE

We're not going to read too much into the announcement from wide-moat-rated T. Rowe Price that current chairman and chief investment officer Brian Rogers will be retiring his role as CIO at the end of March 2017. Rogers, who is 61 years old (well shy of T. Rowe Price's mandatory retirement age of 72), has been with the firm for close to 35 years, so we're glad to see that he is staying on as nonexecutive chairman (not wanting the company's senior leadership to lose that knowledge and experience)...
