Primary Health Care CEO Tenders Resignation; Maintaining AUD 4.50 FVE
We are maintaining our AUD 4.50 fair value estimate for no-moat Primary Health Care following the tender of resignation by CEO, Peter Gregg. Notably, Mr Gregg will remain at the helm until a replacement is found. The action follows news last week he had been served a local court attendance notice by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, or ASIC. The regulator is alleging two breaches of Section 1307 (1) of the Corporations Act, related to falsification of books, during Mr Gregg's...Primary Health Care is a medical center operator engaged in providing diagnostic imaging services and pathology services. Co. operates three principal operating segments: Medical Centres, which provides a range of services and facilities to general practitioners, specialists and other health care providers; Pathology, which provides pathology services; and Imaging, which provides imaging and scanning services from stand-alone imaging sites and from within the consolidated entity's medical centres.
