We raise our fair value estimate 18% to AUD 6.50 from AUD 5.50 for narrow-moat Platinum Asset Management following an upgrade of our forecast fund flows and performance fees on the back of the Chairman’s address to the AGM on Nov. 16, 2017. Importantly, strong fiscal 2017 investment performance has carried over into fiscal 2018 with investment performance in the first four months of fiscal 2018 quite exceptional, resulting in a much-improved fund flow outlook.
