Strong Result for Regis Resources, Raising our FVE to AUD 2.70 per Share
We raise our fair value estimate for no-moat Regis Resources to AUD 2.70 per share from AUD 2.40 per share. Approximately one third of the increase comes from extending forecast mine life, one third from improved production and cost forecasts, and one third from the time value of money. We have incrementally lifted our longer-term production forecasts and extended our life assumptions following strong recent operating performance and some encouraging exploration results.
